Vishwesh Bhatt

Vishwesh Bhatt is an Indian-American chef who immigrated from Gujarat, rose through the ranks at John Currence’s restaurant group to become executive chef at Snackbar in Oxford, Mississippi, and earned the 2019 James Beard Best Chef: South award for his innovative fusion of Southern and Indian cuisine.
