Eat. Sip. Spain. A Gourmet Vacation with Chef José Mendín
European journeys are priced and payable in Euros (€), the local currency of the destinations we explore.
Eat. Sip. Spain is not a tour. It's your personal invitation to slow down, pull up a chair, and experience Spain the way it's meant to be lived: through its markets and kitchens, its vineyards and villages, its stories told over long lunches and unforgettable glasses of wine.
From the electric pulse of Madrid to the quiet power of Ribera del Duero, this journey follows flavor back to its roots. It is hosted by Chef José Mendín and curated by Chef Richard Gruica, two chefs who believe the best way to understand a place is to eat with it, walk it, and linger just a little longer than planned.
Expect hands-on moments, private tables, family-run wineries, centuries-old traditions and the simple joy of sharing them together. Here they call it vivir sin prisa: living without rushing.
Come hungry. Come curious. Come ready to Eat. Sip. Spain.

José Mendín
Host of Eat. Sip. Spain. Chef José Mendín trained in Valladolid, where Chef Jesús Ramiro was one of his earliest teachers.
